Marita Daria Szustak serves as President of the Board of Track Tec Construction Sp. z o.o.
Marita Szustak has nearly 25 years of professional experience in the construction industry. She served in a number of positions in railway construction companies, including as Vice-President of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. and of PRKiI S.A. She also has wide expertise in the railway construction area. Currently, she is President of the Polish Land Transport Chamber of Commerce and previously she was Vice-President of the Railway Business Forum. Since the beginning of its activity, she has been involved in the Investment Forum of PKP PLK S.A., where she serves as President of the Presidium. She is also Co-Chair of the Expert Council in the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Ms. Szustak has been awarded the Bronze Medal for many years of service as well as the title of “The Women of the Year in Infrastructure and Transport 2017”.
Marita Szustak also served as Member of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: Bahn Technik in Wrocław, PRK 7 Nieruchomości in Warsaw, and Biuro Projektów Torprojekt in Warsaw. Currently she serves as Member of the Supervisory Board of Track Tec Group.
Ms. Szustak is a graduate of the Faculty of Construction at the Cracow University of Technology. She also completed Postgraduate Studies in Marketing at the School of Entrepreneurship and Management at the Cracow University of Economics and the Business Management Programme at the ICAN Institute in Warsaw.
Mr. Dziedziul has nearly 50 years of experience in the construction and railway industry. His professional career started in the early 1970s at Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Kolejowych i Inżynieryjnych S.A. in Wrocław, where he held the positions of Works Manager, Chief Engineer at GKB Elektryfikacja and Deputy Director of GKB Elektryfikacja. In 1994, he was appointed Member of the Management Board of PRKiI S.A. and in 2004 – President of the Management Board of PRKiI S.A.
Following the merger of PRKiI S.A. with Trakcja S.A. in 2013, he served as Vice-President and Technical Director of Trakcja PRKiI S.A.
He also sat on the Supervisory Board of Bahn Technik in Wrocław.
Stefan Dziedziul is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology, Specialization: Power Networks and Systems.
Piotr Sykuła is a Member of the Management Board of Track Tec Construction. He supervises all activities related to contract execution in the field of renovation, modernization and construction of railway lines throughout the country.
Previously, he worked at Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Kolejowych i Inżynieryjnych S.A. in Wrocław as: Site Engineer, Works Manager, Track Unit Manager, Production Director, Commercial Proxy. After the merger of PRKiI S.A. with Trakcja S.A., he worked at PRKiI Trakcja S.A. as Production Director, where he was responsible for all contract execution.
Piotr Sykuła is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology, Specialization: Railway construction.
Radosław Zając serves as Member of the Board and Production Director of Track Tec Construction Sp. z o.o.
Mr. Zając has over 20 years of experience in construction industry. He worked for over 12 years in Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Kolejowych i Inżynieryjnych S.A. in Wrocław as Site Engineer and Site Manager. Then, he served as Contract Director, Director of the Southern Railway Market Region and then Commercial Proxy in PRKiI Trakcja S.A.
Radosław Zając holds a Master of Engineering from of the Wrocław University of Technology, Specialization: Civil Engineering. He also completed Postgraduate Studies “International organization procedures according to FIDIC”. Mr. Zając has building qualifications to manage construction works without restrictions in the railway and road specialty.
Marek Nowakowski has been associated with the Track Tec S.A. Group for 12 years. He is a Member of the Management Board.
He manages finance for the entire TT Group and is responsible for the management of the accounting, IT and administration divisions. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of the financial policy for the TT Group and working with banks and other financial institutions as well as insurers. He has been actively involved in the preparation of strategic plans and operational plans of the TT Group, including, in particular, the plans for managing the projects, liquidity and financial risks of the group.
For many years, as a management board member and financial director, he managed financial areas, such as at CTL Logistics S.A., Zakłady Mebli Giętych FAMEG S.A., BGŻ Leasing Sp. z o.o. and Leasing Partners Sp. z o.o. He also worked at the Polish branch of OTIS GmbH and OTIS Sp. z o.o.
Marek Nowakowski has received the Honorary Badge of “Merit for Rail Transport”.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, with a degree in Finance and Banking.
